五、应注意的质量问题
(一) 环氧砂浆起泡:进行施工前必须对地面的含水率进行测试,含水率过高将起泡,影响外观质量。低于8%时方可进行施工环氧砂浆自流平面层。
(二) 面层有裂缝的痕迹:基层裂缝未进行处理,基层裂缝必须提成V 字型,用环氧砂浆填平。
(三)面层未硬化前严禁上人,禁止水泡,必须采取防水侵措施。
六、成品保护
(一)对楼梯口进行封闭,非自流平人员禁止入内。
(二)自流平地面未硬化前严禁上人作业。硬化后上人作业,严禁对地面进行划伤,产生划痕,影响外观效果。
(三)施工时溅到墙上、官道上的材料及时进行清理。
(四)刚上人作业时严禁穿高跟鞋和硬底鞋作业。
(五)移动式脚手架及梯子必须底部采取措施,杜绝直接与地接触。
七、环境保护及安全要求
(一) 现场拌制环氧砂浆处及时进行清理,防止溅到墙上。
(二) 环氧树脂桶及时进行清理至室外,严禁随层摆放。
(三)施工期间严禁在自流平施工作业面抽烟,以免引起火灾及爆炸。
(四)基层打磨磨掉的混凝土粉尘用编织袋装袋,运出。
