地坪绿地坪工程中，大部分都使用混凝土作为基础，而混凝土基础存在这一个人力无法改变的因素，就是混凝土会根据环境温度进行热胀冷缩，所以混凝土浇筑后必须切割有伸缩缝作为混凝土自身热涨冷缩的缓冲空间;除了伸缩缝之外还有地坪施工中止的合道缝，也会根据温度进行伸缩。由于我们施工的地坪绿产品是覆盖在混凝土之上的，如果伸缩缝合道缝之类的没有进行处理，在混凝土进行热胀冷缩运动的时候，就会很容易地将地坪表面拉裂;为了延缓地坪被拉裂，保证地坪绿产品的使用质量，在做基础处理的时候，必须按照本规程处理伸缩缝。
　　一、伸缩缝处理的作用
　　1、延缓混凝土基础热胀冷缩运动时将地坪表面拉裂的时间，减少地坪被拉裂的概率;
　　2、尽可能的保证地坪整体、美观。
　　二、需要处理伸缩缝的地坪种类
　　1、环氧地坪

　　三、基础切割工具
　　常见地面伸缩缝处理机械设备：

　　四、打磨准备
　　1、检查所有的连接电线是否存在破损、串联等现象，发现破损或者短路必须马上修复或者更换，不得勉强接驳电线;
　　2、检查打磨使用的机械，接驳电线后是否能够正常运转、零件是否松动或缺失;
　　3、穿戴好劳保用品，将需要保护的设备用薄膜或者彩条布进行覆盖，避免污染;
　　4、原基础如果还没有切割伸缩缝的，需用墨斗弹线后再进行切割，切割必须形成直线;
　　5、根据机器的使用电压接驳电线，电线接驳时，应选择在电源稳定且安全的配电箱进行接驳;电源线源头应该先固定起来再接驳，避免在切割过程中出现拉扯将电线扯掉形成短路。
　　五、切割程序
　　1、大面积切割需先根据设计弹好墨斗线，沿着墨斗线直线切割，需注意切割机水箱的水量，水量低过一半需及时加水;
　　2、大切割机切割完以后，将泥浆全部清理干净，然后用角向磨光机将伸缩缝两边斜向研磨成45°，两边相距宽度不得少于1㎝;
　　3、不规则的龟裂缝，需用手提式切割机顺着裂缝切割至少2㎝深，并且同样使用角向磨光机将两边研磨成斜45°，宽度不得少于1㎝。
　　六、卫生清理
　　1、清理卫生，可选用吸尘器或者大扫把，随身需配备毛刷和勾缝用的器具，清理时必须将伸缩缝内的泥浆和灰尘清理干净。
